Pros: Great service
Cons: I went on the day I rented a car, but I couldn't meet them and I couldn't rent a car. I paid the reservation fee. So I hope to get a refund.
Pros: Very fast service at a very low price. Employees were very helpfull. Would definitely use PANEK again!
Cons: We had a difficult time finding the pick-up spot at Galeria Krakow, as we were looking for an office. The pick-up was a parking lot where an employee came with the car. From there everything went smoothly!
Cons: Difficult time finding return location. It was not clear on the paperwork given at pick up.
