Pros: The agent is friendly but slow getting the car to us.
Cons: The car rented is old, unreliable, and have problems. The car died suddenly due to loose cable connection to its battery. Have to troubleshoot long time why car suddenly cannot re-start. Once noticed problem, have to find tools to fix it. Note. There were no car mechanic shops nearby to ask for help. The throttle of the engine seems to be blocked as gas wasn’t release smoothly (jerking). Driver car seat ripped and lot of scratches externally. Generally speaking, the car is just old.

Pros: Easy to locate them at KL downtown.
Cons: 1. Car provided has rust with dented and some scratches at different sides of the car. 2. When we pick up the car, there were ants at the exterior of the car. Luckily ants did not come inside the car. Hence, we went to petrol station to clear off the ants by wiping the car.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

The maximum rental period is without limitations.
