Cons: An absolute nightmare. After spending one hour in the airport waiting for an agent as agreed at 2AM, I was trying to call for half an hour till someone picked up, very annoyed that I woke him up, we found out that our booking was cancelled without any notice given. Agent didn’t gave any solution, only to wait in the airport until opening hours (6 hours to wait) so they can check if they have any cars available. It’s absolutely unacceptable this experience, specially when you travel with kids.

UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Cross border fee.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 40 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
