Cons: No water in wash bottle. Clock at wrong time. Ridiculous cleaning policy regarding insect and bird stains on outside of car etc etc. All designed to find an excuse to charge extra.

Cons: I have received a very old car, different from the one booked but same class, not properly cleaned and with no windshield washing solution. It felt like being in a poor technical condition with the service due in 2 days after the drop off.

Cons: The car was one of the most unsafe vehicles I have ever driven. The tyre pressure monitor warning lights flashed every 100km, the car felt like a vehicle from 2010 and the tyres, exterior and interior screamed rent-a-wreck. I will be avoiding DiscoverCars and Payless in the future, the car was completely unacceptable.

Cons: The car was terrible and beaten up and we'll below the value of this. The staff provided different information and were unhelpful. We spoke to others that also used the company and they also had the same experience and you only need to read thier Google reviews to see these people are rip off merchants.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 40 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
