Pros: Nothing the worse experience .
Cons: There are several issues we encountered during our rental experience. First, the customer service has noticeably declined. We paid a premium price for our rental car, but after just two days, it wouldn't start. Thankfully, this happened before we set off on a long trip with our kids. We had to visit their downtown Casablanca location to exchange the car, and the replacement was a sedan, which was a downgrade from our original vehicle. Additionallly we were charged $70 for for 2 hours late return

Cons: The car was not safe to drive brake pads worn as well as tyres Custumer service is very bad they don’t care and you can hardly reach to anyone on the phone and at the and been charged twice the price agreed what a joke now I’m still fighting for refund pffffff

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1480.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
