Cons: I paid for a policy that includes full insurance coverage for damages and yet you required me to pay $ 100 for a small damage caused to the vehicle. If I had known that this was your service, I would not have paid for full insurance coverage

Pros: Hi, the agency were very efficient and nice , were quick to help. The car was clean with full fuel. It team is very helpful and i didnt spend any time.

Cons: It was hard to find the agency, it should be noted it is part of Budget . The return was also confusing because the signage to the parking is not visible and i had to use some help .
