Cons: They never turned up with the car and they didn’t have a desk in the airport.

Pros: Seem to be very proud of serving their customers. Customer care was good.

Cons: Communication at the time of returning the car could be better. Also a quick call in middle of renting to ask if all is ok would be a good thing for the company to do.

Cons: There is an empty to empty fuel policy, which is inconvenient and only leaves the car company with extra fuel because as a tourist, you will not have the car running in fumes and how would you know how much is needed. This is to benefit them. When dropping off the car, I was asked to come to the office only to be told that now drive to the airport and someone will meet you there. The car didn’t even have screen washer.

Cons: Was difficult to find the agent to get the rental car (they would meet & greet upon exit from airport but, the agent was not there so I had to call and then wait for 20 minutes at a nearby cafe).

Cons: Car was awful, lots of a existing damage, broken tail light but working, hardly any fuel in the car had to find gas station at 23:30 had call them as they were not waiting for us and had to wait 30 mins in the heat outside. Told them car condition wasn’t good and no fuel wasn’t good but not much interest. Took car to their office on return as agreed but they were not there told to take it to the airport and waited for a few mins for them to arrive.

Pros: Service at both ends of rental was excellent - in Fethiye when we dropped off the car they dropped us back to our hotel = superb service.

Cons: They noted down my credit card's details including the CCV code and expiry date. They claim they doesn't take deposit but they require noting down the credit card details which is totally not professional. That's why I rated the efficiency "1". The condition of the car was good but the tyres was old and depreciated, which was noy safe especially that the roads between Dalaman and Kaş are full of curves, up, and downs.

Cons: The car was a complete wreck. It had a melted dashboard, the radio didnt work, the aircon didn't work, the car doors wouldn't lock. The window controls on the passenger side didn't work. I could go on....but this car was ready for the scrap yard.

Cons: We took the car to Datca, where the road is very hilly, and the car lacked of power, and I had to force the car in second or fist gear to go up a slope, it felt unsafe at the times because we had to go very slow in comparison to other cars. This took a lot of power from the car and even the air conditioning stoped cooling

Pros: No problems at all. Quite easy going. Picked us up at arrivals. They weren't pedantic about anything. Kind of how you would like rental car companies to be if you didn't know that others were terrible for piling on charges at the end of your trip.

Cons: Our rental was actually with another company called Pegasus Rent a Car, even though we booked through here. We had no problems at all, but it's easy to be nervous about dealing with an unfamiliar company whose name you don't recognise.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and the agents waited for us at the airport for almost 2 additional hours. That was very convenient. The car pickup was very fast.

Cons: The car was clean but smelled a little to tobacco. I didn't feel comfortable at pickup for not filling in the damages the car had prior to pickup, and also not having nothing signed on paper when we got the car back.

Cons: I wasn't told it was a single person wh I was to loo out for ie I thought it was a company desk. The car was very old with 65,000 miles on the clock with poor suspension and very little power. Plus it wasn't onsite airport as I had to rop it back at their office.

Pros: The agent waited for me at the airport and the car was parked in front. It all went smoothly and the car was almost new (5000 km or so) and clean. The drop off process was also quick and smooth.

Cons: The car was delivered with am empty tank. The policy is same to same, but it's more convenient when it's full to full.

Pros: We rented 2 cars. One car the air con was not great and a slightly Kelsey car. Our 2nd car - Clio, was nearly brand new and brilliant

Pros: Very friendly staff member. Gave clear instructions and not pressured to buy any extras. Dropping off the car at departures was very helpful Would recommend them and would definitely consider using them again if I get the same good deal.
