Pros: Great experience from start to the very end. The staff was very friendly, picked us up at the airport on time, all went smoothly at their office which is a few minutes drive from Zagreb airport, never pushed me to buy any additional insurance since I had already bought one through a third party. Simple and quick pick up and drop off. Car was nice, no complaints there. Top service. Highly recommend

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING

Cons: No meet and greet at the airport, had to get a taxi. Car not as described Car exterior dirty, interior paint on carpet , no parcel shelf. Booked a manual car offered an automatic. When complained they said this was all they had available, even tough it was booked almost 6 months earlier. They really did not give a damn . I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR RENTAL AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER.

Pros: Car worked (even if the transmission and shifting sounded awful) and we were able to switch our for a larger car at last minute even if it was at a much higher price

Cons: Representative wasn't at specified location for car pickup and we didn't have cell service so it would have been a nightmare if we didn't have local family who were able to call them. Rental location is at a tiny place pretty far from the airport and getting luggage back and forth was a hassle. Rental agent asked for a bribe to get us a larger car and was late to our prearranged drop off time so we were nervous about making our flight home

Cons: Rent a Car employed was not friendly at all when i bring car back.I drop car day before i sign a contract. Car has a old windshield wipers and i have to replace them after hard rain and storm while i was using the car.I brought the old wipers and a recipe.PRESTIGIO employed does not even want to look at it.I asked for phone number who i have to contact to get my money back,he told me that he can not give to me.I will never rent the car from DoscoverCars or PRESTIGIO.Unfriendly and unprofesional

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Cash, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
