Pros: Friendly and supportive service.

Cons: Overtime service charge is a bit high when picking up car outside their usual business hours. Received a Fiat instead of a Suzuki, that I actually booked online. However, the fiat was equally good and similar so no complaints. But, would be better if customer receives what he/she books as a confirmed car online.

Pros: Quick pick-up and quick drop-off but obviously due to having bought the excess insurance coverage due to debit card use. No complaint as that gave us the option of finding a car with Prestigio, but that definitely bumps up the price quite a bit.

Cons: Well the forced extra insurance due to debit card use does inflate the final price quite a bit compared to the credit card payment option which gives you the option to choose the extra insurance or not but I cannot complain as we could not find any other options. Only thing I found weird, was the pay for a full tank and return it empty policy. I don't see why those that use the debit card need to use that policy , instead of a get a full tank , return full tank policy.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The representative wasn’t even speaking English well enough, the boss was on the phone with him and he was translating from English to Croatian for him. At first we were declined using the debit card, than surprised with non refundable insurance in case we pay with debit card, we weren’t offered to pay the deposit in cash, ended up without a car with nowhere to go and our stay was booked in Split. Terrible experience

Cons: I choose Kia stonic and get Fiat Tipo,all my ferry's trips was booked with Kia, I have to send lots of emails to confirm change of car size at the ferry booking service.What a mission that was.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Cash, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
