Pricecarz at Cluj-Napoca Airport

Pros: Very professional!

Cons: The car had an orange light on: ‘please check oil level’ 😊

Pros: They dis not accept my Visa world credit card when I informed about the rental last april si I considered the rental not definitive. Of course they did not give that info to you, did they, last april, and now they cashed the rental amount when I picked up two vans on August 14 from another rental, Sixt. Pricecarz are the lowest and in case you don’t totally refund this, you will have lost me as a tour operator customer for ever.

Cons: Professional but very friendly /family feeling service

Pros: I picked up the car in the airport and it was a smooth pick up.

Cons: I had to drop the car off a short distance from the airport and get dropped to the airport. This added a little time but overall not a big deal.

Pros: Fast reliable

Pros: Multumit.

Recomand

Pros: Recomand Pricecarz.

Pros: I recently used Pricecarz for my car rental needs and had a great experience. The communication with the staff was very efficient, making the process smooth and easy. The pick-up and return times were quick, which I really appreciated. The car I received was perfect—clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Pricecarz for anyone looking to rent.

Pros: Nothing was right, from discrimination to disrespect and awfulness, this company represented by a misoginism policy, has damaged my image and my reputation.

Cons: Communism , rudeness, discrimination, lack of respect... everything was extremely bad. They have cancelled the booking while I was in the office, and my kids and my old parents were waiting to get home. Totally lack of professionalism. They have threatened me with police and they called the police when I asked for explanations. Avoid!

The car I received was new, clean, and exactly the model I had reserved. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and eager to assist with any questions or requests I had. Pros: Fast and reliable staff. New cars

Cons: I had to spend a lot checking the car myself

Pros: Very bad hydraulic and we were given a much smaller car and they told it’s not their problem they didn’t get the reservation notification it’s Discovercars’ problem.

Cons: Everything. They are bad in customer service and worse in customer satisfaction. They are manipulating the situation, whether pick-up, drip-off, or reimbursement.

Cons: Pricecarz in Cluj Napoca Romania was disappointing to say the least. My flight arrived 1 hour late and the company gave my car that I already payed on line away to another customer. They didn’t have another automatic car on their lot . They tried to sell me a new contract with a more expensive car and didn’t refund me for the original one . Their office was NOT in the airport as provided on the website.

Pros: Nothing. Found the staff quite rude and they didn't have an automatic car I'd booked

Cons: I booked an automatic car and they didn't have one. Only a big 7 seater car which is daft for one car. They were very pushy for their own insurance.

Pros: Good prices and nice staff.

Pros: Nice and clean cars.

Cons: The pick-up was a scam and the agent tricked me paying 700€ more

Pros: Easy drop off of the car and high professionalism of the staff.

Pros: Their professionalism

Cons: Pushy with own insurance, they advise discover cars insurance is invalid

Pros: the drop off

Cons: all the rest

Cons: when I returned the car it had watermarks because it was rainy and they asked me to go wash the car at 4 am.

Pros: NOTHING -I DONT KNOW HOW YOU CAN REPRESENT THIS COMPANY -IT IS FROUD COMPANY AND YOU ARE RESPONSEBLE AS WELL

Pros: Very efficient and quick process. Open 24/7 and no extra costs for overnight pick up.

Pros: the car rental prices are good

Cons: took to long to get vehicle. had people waiting in line to long, need more representative

Cons: Assurance payed 2 times

Pros: Everything went well, the car I received was new. Friendly staff, location very close to the airport.

Pros: Satisfied with the services provided. Their location is less then 2km away from the airport. The waiting time was short, maximum 10m. Their cars are new. I received a Toyota Yaris with less then 20k km.

Pros: Very good, nice cars. The staff was very friendly. Next time, when I will come back to Romania, I will rent again from Pricecars

Pros: I had such a grate experience with Pircecarz. The car that was delivered to me was almost brand new 5600km. The location is near to the airport, the transfer was fast at the pick-up and at the return. I will definitely rent again with Pricecarz.

Cons: Tried to over sell full insurance. On drop off charger for tiny marks on car which I believe were their on pick up
