Pros: I loved the idea and didn’t mind the shuttle. When employees make it about them, instead of the customer, you have either a bad training model or you’re desperate for help, either way. The first employee was being a drama Queen because nothing inflammatory was said, listen to the recording. This is ridiculous.

Cons: Loved the pricing, and wanted to see if my company wanted to do long term business. Frankly, I’m so angry at the arrogance and disrespect shown, I’m still deciding how I want to proceed. That manager had no interest in hearing my side of the story, he just wanted to be a hero in front of his employee. Clueless.

Pros: NOTHING, the WORSE COMPANY EVER, I will NEVER RENT A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN EVER, that guy was a pig, he even insult me and told me to go somewhere else, there is the kind of people you have and on the top charge me for me having my own insurance, thieves are what you are and on top, I never pay what I was supposed to pay

Cons: I received a piece of garbage, everything was falling apart, after a long trip the less you expect is that and when I got back to return it he was mad and treated me like I own him a favor, He chang the car for a car that was making a noise all the time and was in need of oil change, the blades was super bad, was raining a LOT I couldn’t see at all bc the windshield was super dirty on top of everything, this is the most frustrating experience I ever had in my years traveling, not just that
