1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed to the Lower/Arrivals level inner curb under the PINK sign that reads "LAX SHUTTLES". Look for the bus that says "METRO-CONNECTOR/GREEN LINE" and inform the driver that you would like to go to the FIRST STOP AFTER EXITING THE AIRPORT CALLED "Remote Rental Car Depot". 2. Upon your arrival to the "Remote Rental Car Depot", you will be met by the PRICELESS AND NEXTCAR representative and you will be shuttled to the office.

Pros: The lady at pickup was super sweet and patient. Watching her deal with the complicated customer before me, I was crazy impressed at her ability to remain friendly after that. Her patience was impeccable.

Cons: Waiting in line on the roof of a parking garage in the sun was killer! They need an awning to shade people while they wait cause the office is so small, only the people at the counter will fit. I got a sunburn waiting to be checked in and it took almost an hour.

Cons: Had to take a shuttle to pick up the car. Shuttles were very full had to wait 45 to finally catch one with room for us. Once we got to the desk, there was a huge line and it took over 2 hours to get a car

Cons: Representative's attitude and snarkiness. The location offsite from LAX. There was no car on arrival.

Pros: Other than the issue with the proof of insurance, it was pretty easy to pick up and drop off the car. Directions were clear.

Cons: There was a hold up with almost every customer who was asked for proof of insurance, which really slowed the process of picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: Charged an extra day when we returned on time, agent was rude and made us stand outside in the heat even when I told her I had medical issues that prevented me from doing that. Then she tried to skip us in line. She was very rude and will NEVER use them again.
