Prime Car Rent is a car rental business founded in Riga, Latvia. It originally offered rental cars in the Latvian capital before offering to deliver vehicles to hotels in Riga and Jurmala. Finally, the company would start serving the country's main airport, RIX. The company would later join other rental companies in the other two Baltic states, Estonia and Lithuania and eventually rebrand all of them as Prime Car Rent. The locations in the capitals of those countries, Tallinn and Vilnius, along with Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania, are run by franchisees. You can book a car with them at Tallinn, Vilnius, and Kaunas Airports.
The company, particularly its Latvian branch, is highly rated by DiscoverCars.com customers who have booked with them. If you’re planning a road trip through all three of the Baltic countries, Prime does allow you to take it’s vehicles to all three, though you’ll have to return to the country you started in at the end.
