Q is one of the car rental businesses operating in the southeast European nation of North Macedonia (previously known as just Macedonia before its recent name change). More specifically, the company is based in the national capital and the most visited city in the country, Skopje. It also has an office in Ohrid. In both cities, it operates at the respective airports, Ohrid Airport and Skopje Airport, and the city centers. At Skopje Airport, the company has a rental desk inside the airport — you don’t need to take a shuttle bus or have a representative drive you to the rental office.
The company allows its vehicles to be taken to some neighboring countries including Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Croatia, and Greece. It notably doesn’t allow travel to Bulgaria. You’ll have to purchase a green card for insurance to travel to any of the countries listed and need to get permission in advance. You may also be required to pay an additional fee.
