Pros: When picking up the car, the agent was very nice and explained everything well. The car was brand new and very clean

Cons: The drop-off process of the car. No one told us that they did not have a 24/24 drop of service. We had to wait until 7am (opening our of the office) to drop of the car which made us very late to our flight. Other people were in the same situation, and the worker did an exception for them and took their car earlier than the opening hours. When we asked for the same, he said that he does as he wishes and was very rude about the whole situation. I will not go back.

Pros: Staff were actually pretty good - young people, spoke good English, were helpful and normal :) the car was ok, but stunk of cigarettes and was a bit run down, despite having like 20K on the clock.

Cons: The first impression wasn't great - in the voucher we received from discovercars.com the instructions to the pickup/ meeting point were clear - go to Parking 3 meeting point. When we got there there was no one there - we called the reception / customer support and were told that the instructions provided are incorrect amd we should instead go to Parking 1 with no further signs or directions at all, so we spent 30+ minutes trying to find the place in 35+ degrees heat. Very poor first impression

Cons: First of all, the instructions to get to the shuttle were outdated. I had to call them to get updated instructions. Then, when we arrived there, there was a long line for check-in. I saw people who had been waiting there for more than 3 hours. It was quite chaotic. I returned to the airport and rented a car from another company.

Cons: Record Go representitive was not easy to deal with. It seemed to me that she was prioritisng Spanish customers over us, twice she walked away from us (whilst serving us) to assist other customers - adding about 15-20 minutes to the handover.

Pros: I was very shocked to find out that I would have to pay €200 on insurance when I paid for insurance through booking.com. Scam. I was threatened with having tk pay €1200 upfront if I didn’t get insurance - complete money grabbing scheme from booking.com and record-go

It was very difficult to pick up the car due to lack of communication by the agency. Additionally, the car was not up to standard

Pros: The guy on the front desk was amazing and so welcoming, we didn't get his name and wasn't wearing a uniform, maybe the manager but he was amazing, a true credit.

Cons: The car was dirty, wet and smelling cigarette. They don’t check the car for damages and you are responsible to take your own photos. Those fotos are the proof you must have to show them when returning the car. It’s not very reliable because if you forget to take a photo of one damage they can charge you. I hope this system doesn’t turn the new way of the rental cars. They also put a lot of pressure to you to buy their insurance and it’s not the right beginning of a vacation trip.

Cons: Extremely hard sell of insurance, even when you already have comprehensive insurance. Also charge extra for a tank of fuel, I may get it back after 30 days but I suspect they will forget and I will have to waste my chasing them. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Poor service from the attendant.
