Cons: Late fee was issued when we weren’t even late. I looked up the policy which said on the website that as long as the company was informed of being late due to uncontrollable circumstances then there would be no late fee. There in fact was a late fee given. Record go claims refund needs to be issued with discovery cars.

Cons: Comically overpriced..! Kind of cheap-made car. Didn't feel strong and safe..! Not a good deal for this amount of money. High diesel consumption per mile. I said, yes, to the last question below out of courtesy (Did you receive the car that you expected?). I meant to say neither yes or no but it isn't applicable. That was a little pushy..! Still.. we wish you the best by all means..!

Pros: Would have gave Record Go a 10 if they did not try and give me smaller car initially than what I rented. I was supposed to get SUV that held 3 large suitcases but they initially presented a Fiat 500 that would not even fit 2. After a healthy debate with the representative, they gave me another car that was able to fit my luggage.

Cons: I couldn’t recall the name of the actual Rental company so we did have to call to find out which shuttle was ours on arrival. A little frustrating but easy once we called and got the company name Record-Go.

Cons: When we told her already had fully covered with DISCOVER CAR,her face turned sour and insisted to get another fully covered by Record-go costing 92 then lower to 77 euros but we denied.The car was covered with mudds.She mentioned the rain would was away in a couple of days. Asked more information about the car, she said she had lots of customers waiting for her and I would know the operation of the vehicle once on the road. She didn't even check the bodice of car .

Pros: Overall great experience Just wasn’t too happy about checkin. It got a bit complicated - I could pay with Amex but couldn’t leave a pre with security deposit. So I’ve had to use my debit card. Felt the clerk was selling the insurance too hard. Asked for an automatic and wanted to charge extra. Not sure why. Anyhow overall this was such great value for money, car was lovely and the staff lovely. Particularly at departure the gentlemen that checked me out and the lady that dropped us.

Cons: One and only claim I have is the insistent of the the Record Go Team to buy extra insurance. I thank for the proposal of their insurance but I heard that is unwise to risk so much and not to buy their extra offer insurance. It was really annoying.

Cons: We waited 1.5 hours to get picked up from the Athens intl airport. The off-site location was very understaffed despite knowing that customers were flying in that evening. Very frustrating

Pros: Liked the car and that they were willing to help. Though the company ties their hands with their restrictions when problem solving is needed.

Cons: Didn't like the fact that they couldn't charge my credit card. Wrong pin number they said. Well...it was not wrong. I put it 3 times but card isn't locked. Soo... sth else is going on. I was forced to buy the security package. Relatives and friends I discussed with had same issues and were forced one way or another to buy the security package. It is not bad but the price is not even close to the booking price.

Pros: What I liked : all of the above. Shuttle from airport, friendly and VERY helpful staff, choice of vehicles, quality of the car chosen.

Cons: The only difficulty was finding the drop-off location, using the GPS coordinates on the car papers, and the otherwise perfectly functioning navigation system of the vehicle. We managed, but it was a bit tricky.

Pros: The personnel are excellent. At drop-off, Despina checked us in, reviewed the car's status and drove us to the airport. She was very charming. She also gave us precise information on where to find the elevator to bring us to the departure level from their drop-off/pick-up point (arrivals). Record-go's location for car drop-off is the easiest it can be. Right at the on-ramp for the airport. I like that they constantly run shuttles to/from the airport. There is no waiting.

Cons: The reception agent was so rude and was trying to force me to buy the insurance, to an extent that he told me “if you don’t buy the insurance you won’t get road side assistance” which is against the rental agreement with discover cars.

And interesting thing, that nobody called me asking: what is happened? Why you did not pick up the car? How we can reimburse your payment. I can call it purely scam and cheating. Shame on your company…

Pros: Shuttle was easy to find as they had directions on the receipt. Driver was friendly and the car was available.

Cons: The inside of the car smelled like smoke, and there was a dent on the door. It didn’t prohibit functionality, but was just surprised they still owned the vehicle. No biggie. Smoke smell was a big deal.

Cons: In Greece since 2022 it is by law necessary the car to be equipped (months NOV to APR) either with winter tires (mud + snow) or with snow chains. The law implies penalty (80€) for not conforming. Car was not equiped with neither options but instead you could rent snow chains (per day fee) Unacceptable

Cons: Υπήρχε παραπλαντική διαφήμιση στο internet για το ποσό των 9 €/ ημέρα, το οποίο όμως στην πορεία διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν ανταποκρινόταν στην πραγματικότητα γιατί δεν περιελάμβανε την απαιτούμενη ασφάλιση του αυτοκινήτου κυρίως για τον κίνδυνο της κλοπής, με αποτέλεσμα Με την απαιτούμενη ασφάλεια η τιμή ανήλθε σε 32€/ την ημέρα. Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε αδυνατούσε να μου εξηγήσει το θέμα της ασφάλειας και της αύξησης του κόστους και δεν μιλούσε καλά ελληνικά.

Cons: They wanted to pay 130 more for full coverage, i paid 80 in advance for the possibility of a non full gaz tank ,and when i asked ehy this or why that the girl in the help desk always talking about the company's policy . THE CONTRACT WAS IN SPANISH!!!

Cons: The employee didn’t respect my contract. She asked a credit card instead of my debit card even if I pointed the regulation in my contract. Then I explained that I have rented several cars by record go with my debit card and it seems that she is not informed about the regulation. However, she didn’t accept my debit card. I explained that I will provide the requested credit card as I did, but then I am going to leave a negative feedback to the company. Anyway she informed me that she doesn’t care.

Pros: Originally picking up the car was fine, but then when the car broke down the service of returning it and getting a new car was absolutely terrible. The second car we got was good though.

Cons: The Roadside Assistance number on the car was for Spain and not the correct number for Greece which added time and confusion to figuring out our cars issue. The company made us return the keys (which was normal) but then told us to got back to the broken car and wait for a tow truck. This took a considerable time out of our day and ruined our vacation, even though it was fully Record-go's problem. The representatives were very argumentative and not helpful throughout the entire process.
