Record-go at Seville Airport

Cons: Should have a whatsapp number to comunicate the arrivel at the shuttle pock up point. I needed to buy credits in my telefone company in Brazil to call the Record Go Office Nd let them know I was at the pock up location

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: A nightmare. They behave like you are a humble worm. They are trying to get some extra money and they do not hesitate to state that there is some stain on the wheel that is a DAMAGE or a sharf edge on the whell is a DAMAGE worth a reparation for 400 euros!!! The guy goes directly to the wheels since he knows there is something you probably did not take a picture of. I hope I will contact some friends in Spain to inform the police. Have a look at the TrustPilot.

Pros: Staff were lovely and very efficient. Angnigo to mention was very kind on our drop off

Cons: The car I selected was not available and I was not able to secure a small vehicle which was critical for my trip. The “no additional charge” upgrade to a big SUV caused anxiety that I wanted to avoid. I was given no other option.

Cons: Took too long to pick up!

Cons: they told us that the full coverage insurance we had taken out with discovercars was not valid and the deductible (1000 euros) made with discovercars would be blocked for a month, however on the voucher it was written that it is unlocked at the end of the rental. They told us that in case of an accident it's up to us to pay for everything. So he made us pay for their full coverage (134 euros) saying they don't have that basis. They are really dishonest!!! Theoffice is(1km) outside airpo Seville

Pros: the return car procedure was very simple and easy

Cons: when I picked up the car, the representative was not that helpul, I had to go to the car to take pictures , he would not get outside of the office.

Cons: They wanted to charge me for scratches on the hood. Fortunately, I took the pictures at pick up time, with same defects. The rental parking is far from airport terminal.

Pros: That on rturn they dropped me off at the terminal instead of the standard place, because I had a lot of luggage.

Cons: On return the employee said, 'it's all good, ok'. Afterwards they say the car is not clean and take 95 euro off my creditcard. Second: it's very irritating if an employee wants to sell ne an extra insurance and I repeatly say no! If possible I will avoid this company.

Cons: Discovery cars:- Not clear that they are agent for Record-go so trying to find meeting point for "Dicovery Cars" was problematic. Should have clearer instruction on locating "RecordGo" meet point. On arrival:- - car allocated was not clean - recording of existing damage not accurate and no interest to document - "just take a picture" On return:- - Representatives not welcoming with no acknowledgement of presence at desk. - Representative did not explain return procedure, assumed we knew

Pros: Diego and the team at recordgo did an amazing job moving me through the process and getting me out the door with a great vehicle. Diego was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using RecordGo. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Cons: Offsite location was a minor inconvenience but it was not far and the transport was there waiting for us.

Cons: Car had a few serious scrapes, key for battery had to be replaced by us and we had to top up washer fluid after one week, oil service was due before we a week before we ruturned the car

Cons: Unprofessional staff focused entirely on making me pay additional amounts of money at every pretense they could! For example, if you do not buy full insurance from Record Go, they would likely charge you for scratches to the underside of your front bumper at the end! Absolute travesty :(

Cons: See comments above. Scam like behaviour, provide a car with tyres in poor condition and then charge through the roof for type repair and tow truck having removed the spare type and repair kit

Cons: During the pick up the employee was very nice until I asked her to give me an english or spanish version of the contract she was asking me to sign (it was in some language that I don't understand). Well, after that she was very rude until I left. There was a charge for the fuel tank that would be refunded after returning the car with a full fuel tank. This charge appeared 3 times in my credit card statement. 4 days after returning the car there is still one of them that was not cancelled.
