Pros: New car, easy drop off

Cons: Waiting for the shuttle at pick up

Cons: Almost impossible to find shuttle in airport. No signs. Asked several employees from other companies to find a right spot. Then waited for shuttle in 40 minutes. Deposit for fuel was charged and returned amount was smaller. Have booked Jeep Renegade or similar. Got Chinese car DR - very bad car, not similar at all.

Pros: Good condition Car, I had car which had 2000 KM on clock. Very Friendly customer service. Easy Shuttle from Airport and Easy, very fast Drop off service.

Cons: I would suggest if Record-Go can develop system to do administration work like Drivers details, License copy, and Car deposit in advance then can cut Pick-Up time.

Cons: There was only one operator on the desks when we arrived so getting the car took quite a long time. Perhaps we were just unlucky - when we returned the car there were many operators manning the desks.

Cons: Slow check in; no signage at airport; pushing additional insurance.

Pros: Very good value for money! Pretty, spacious car and quick pick up and drop off process!

Cons: The meeting point for the transfer was a bit hard to find for us: driver of the van was not at the SPAR supermarket when we arrived so we were in doubt whether we were at the right location. Maybe provide a photo of the meeting point in the instructions.

Pros: Swift drop off after hire. That was the only positive

Cons: The long waiting lines to pick up the car. This became clear it was due to the very aggressive upselling of the representatives who basically forced everyone to take their own insurance cover at EUR 200 a week, claiming it was not possible without it. The car was a very poor model and specification and was damaged in places and settings all in Chinese. We were then lied to about the fuel indicator apparently not working and hence not showing full - but when we filled the car up it was.

Cons: In addition to the fraudulent approach to insurance and fuel, the pick up and drop off process and very long. Plan extra time

Pros: The service was spectacular. The transfer was very punctual. They suggested a better car than the one we had chosen for a great price.

Cons: Shuttle was very difficult to locate. Workers are very very very sloooow! We were waiting an hour for our car. Then they try to force you to buy exstra insurance. We got a car with flat tires so we needed to wait again for new car. The car didn't have air conditioning. When we returned the car, they called us next day and asked us if we returned it... They lost their car? ...

Cons: Pick up van at the airport was difficult to find, there were no signs at all, we had to ask around to find the van in the carpark

Cons: Car pickup and drop-off is some 10min away by car from the airport, so you need to factor that in.

Cons: Followed directions on voucher but couldn’t locate shuttle or representative. Was sent around airport twice by people trying to assist. Kept searching for over an hour. Ended up taking a taxi so didn’t get to pick up or use hire car.

Cons: I had to call the rental company upon collection to request the shuttle bus as there was no signage or information at the airport as to their location. Upon drop off I was asked to provide photos of damage on the vehicle that was clearly present upon collection, as though they wanted to charge me for existing damage had I have not provided the photos. The vehicle was also extremely underpowered despite being a 'free upgrade'.

Cons: Book at least 1hour to pick up and 1hour to drop-off your car. Staff is doing it's best, but still it takes time

Cons: While I return a car the company agent found new scratches. Which are really hard visible and can't be appears while I drove the car. Until today 22.12.2023 I didn't receive my deposit back. At the airport no sign or some easy accessible source to get know where is the company representative who will bring you to the company desk. So it's need to ask people in a shop, outside the airport who and where is a driver who will pick me up and deliver to the company location.
