Pros: Quite speedy.
Cons: We first got a car of which one of the indicators wasn't working, but they gave us another car very easily and quickly. But with the new car the screen wiper wasn't good anymore. But we only found out when we were already on the road. It would be good if they checked the cars a bit better before handing them over.
Cons: They tried to make me buy more insurance, even though I'd bought it with my booking, and advised me not to buy it elsewhere next time. An agent didn't accompany me to the car and they didn't advise me I should check for damage against what was on the paperwork. The bodywork of the car was in a bad state, so we had to try to take pictures of it all. When I dropped it back, they told me to just leave the keys and go without an agent looking over it and then charged me for damage we didn't do.

Pros: I had a very bad experience with Record-go!I book 2 weeks ago a car for a family trip,when we go to Recorgo in aeroport Palma de Mallorca,from desk told us,don’t have car which I book and if we want to take another car,but smaller and tomorrow to come back to change!We accepted,we paid 401 € and when we see the car,Fiat 500,very very small,we had a big luggage,a pushchair !We came back to desk and want to take money back but gay from desk refuse to give our money back!Don’t recommended

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
A deposit of 80 EUR to 81 EUR is required for the tank of fuel upon picking up the vehicle.
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
There is an additional refueling fee which will not be refunded.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up. For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
