Pros: after the return i wasnt interested in what they did right. That damage should have been noted on the record of the car. NOT say 'there was no damage". That was a lie. And I had photos to prove it! and the car was overdue for a service!!!

Cons: Because I didnt have insurance with Record-Go they were meticulous about checking for damage. . Ive no problem with that. I was concerned when as we left the office to inspect the car, the lady said "so, there was no damage when it left". That was INCORRECT - there WAS damage. I had photographs of the damage - 3 main places. One, on the left front bumper was VERY obvious. Damage on the front right bumper wasnt so obvious and wasnt very clear in my photo. I WAS CHARGED FOR THAT REPAIR :-(

Cons: When dropping the car off, there was such a long line of people waiting to pick up, that I couldn't get any help with the drop off. Finally I had to park myself four floors down where I was lucky enough to find an employee of the agency. He helped me park but was not in a position to finalize my rental so I finally left without anyone confirming that the car was returned with no scratches, that the fuel tank was full, etc. I have to say I was a bit worried that they will charge me for some unjus

Pros: The car was ok

Cons: Was not great at all! We paid more than the double of the rental price at the car agency only because we were going to France instead of 120 we paid more than 360 euros, also now I just checked my bank account and they did not send me back the full amount of carburant they charged me at the beginning when I bring it back with the full tank, just very upsetting, I do not recommand !

Pros: We got upgraded to a better car which was spotless

Cons: The car is parked in a very tightly spaced parking lot with minimal signs. When delivering the car the clinet is asked himself to park the car four stories down in the parking lot and then return to leave the key which is time wasting and uncomfortable.

Pros: Booked Renault Clio or similar, got Ford Puma hybrid. Pleasently surprised with the car, small car but fits 4 people with 4xcabin luggage suitcases and 4xbackpacks. Car was nice and clean, had few scratches and dents, but it looks like most of rental cars in Barcelona and Madrid have scratches and dents, just need to take pictures or video of the car on picking up, and you're fine on return.

Pros: Nothing, was terrible

Cons: The Service from the agent, the attitude. The car had many scratches and some broken parts in the interior, not indicated in the contract, and when we asked the agent to come to check them with us and include them, he just told us to take pictures without even move from his chair. Must say, the office was totally empty! The service of the agent was the worst I ever had in many years of renting cars in different rentacars in Spain and other countries.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
All documents must be issued in the same country.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
A deposit of 80 EUR to 81 EUR is required for the tank of fuel upon picking up the vehicle.
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Mobile tablet.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
There is an additional refueling fee which will not be refunded.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 89 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
During holidays, service outside of business hours is not available.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
