Pros: When I dropped the car off in Firenze, it was hard to find the sign that said I was at the right place. But once we got in there, the staff quickly helped me and several other people who were there getting us all into the shuttle vans, making sure that we got to the airport before Our flights left. The staff were really great and how the expedited things. They did their job and made sure we weren’t returning damaged vehicles and then they got us to the airport.
Cons: The drop location didn’t have a sign that was visible that said rent plus+ which would have filled this with confidence that we were driving into the right place

Pros: Good airport pick up and drop off service
Cons: There was a small scratch on the rear of the car, likely from travelling on a gravel road. We were charged €200 for this which was realistic wear and tear and a huge amount to charge for such tiny damage.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Railway fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver's license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be supplemented by an official translation issued by an embassy or other authority.
