Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: 1. Car not available 2. Agent didn’t understand that the smaller car was inconvenient for us, we had to squeeze in and drive uncomfortably bc our luggage didn’t fit in the trunk, but rather had to be put at our feet. 3. The office had no agent at time of pickup. We had to wait 15 minutes for agent to arrive 4. Drop off location was not specified. You should tell customers the EXACT drop off address. We were given the wrong address.

Pros: The upgrade to a bigger car

Pros: Dropping off the car was easy and smooth. They also gave me a child seat for free which was helpful.

Cons: A complete shambles getting the shuttle from the airport. Unclear instructions, poor communication, and no effort made by the company. I ended up getting a taxi to the collection point at my own expense after waiting for an hour. Their instructions were so poor on where to wait - and a lot of stress could have been avoided.

Cons: The car was not full tanken. I didn't have to full it up complete but that is difficult. It was nicer if the tank was full.. But that was the only thing. Everything was good!

Pros: It was quite fast, no longer then 40 min. The car was upgraded for free, as the car I ordered was not available. The car I received was washed, clean inside. The agent Roberto was very polite and prompt. What I observed he was the only one who took the car to the carwash, cleaned it, rented it to me as fast as it was possible. The office was not air conditioned and the other customers who came before me and after were struggling to “keep its cool”. Overall, it was a good value for money for me.

I didn’t receive the insurance paper or cross border because he said I must receive from Discovercar.at Delivery a lady employee said thier office is opened for 24 hours and the key must be handed to the man there but when we went at 11pm but we didn't find anyone and we handed the key to their colleague in parking.

Cons: When I picked up the car in Florence, the representative was extremely rude, did not let me read the contract before signing, and tried to give me a smaller car than I paid for. When I attempted to show him the reservation, he grabbed my phone from my hand and yelled at me, and was borderline abusive. I explained that I needed a car with 5 seats, and he said I could seat 5 people in a 2 door fiat. I asked him to show me the seatbelts and he flipped & lost it. I will be making a formal complaint

Cons: Negatives -difficult to coordinate pick up -lengthy wait for shuttle 40 minutes -sllllooooooowwwww to get vehicle at agency. Waited 45 minutes -slow to process drop off -1 person to do it all. 1s were given as there is no option for 0 -will never use this agency again. Suggest you do not unless you have plenty of time to pick and drop vehicle

Cons: Car was in terrible condition - full of rubbish, outside filthy. Picking up took ages, the guys were rushed off their feet, people kept calling to be collected from the airport but was too busy at pick up so no one could go.

Cons: Only negative thing is that the shuttle to and from the rental agency takes very long. The shuttle trip itself is just 5mins from the airport, but it took a long time for the shuttle to arrive. When dropping off the car, it also took a long time for the shuttle to leave.

Cons: One agent was making fun of a customer to his colleague (in Italien), thinking we wouldn’t understand. It took one hour to take the car, extremely slow, very unprofessional. Car was extremely dirty, inside and outside. They don’t clean cars, they just rince it. There was no windshield washer, when we asked for some they just put water in the reservoir.

Cons: I explicitly picked the agency because I wanted a small car for Italian streets. Instead when I got there they switched me without my say to an SUV and provided no credit. The car also wasn’t cleaned- there were food crumbs and empty water bottles in the car

Cons: It took 15 minutes for the service agent to enter my information, which could have been avoided if I could have done it myself from home, so the service agent would only need to check if I had entered it correctly. Disturbing to be asked to sign twice on a phone, where the only thing you can see is a white space where you are supposed to sign.

Pros: The service at the end of the trip was great, drop off in Palermo was very smooth and thorough. The representative in Palermo was professional, friendly and diligent.

Cons: There was some confusion when arriving at the airport in Florence. The document said to look for a parking lot called ParkingGo. But there is no such parking lot; you have to wait in front of the main doors at the taxi zone and look for a van with ParkingGo logo on it. So I missed the first car, looking for this imaginairy parking lot and had to wait for a while. But all in all the personel was very friendly and speedy.

Cons: The rental representative in Vico Equense did not speak English and the office is extremely hard to find. We were told that our drop off was in Sorrento but it was 25 mins away and we had to take an $80 Euro taxi to the ferry dock in Sorrento.

They would not allow us to modify the agreement, so we cancelled and rebooked. With Discover cars we got two more days, a better car and more insurance for the original price. Also, our flight was delayed so that we arrived past closing. The agent waited an hour after closing for a small extra charge. Check in and check out we’re very easy

Pros: Coming from the USA, we needed a car with automatic transmission and one that fit five people. A Ford car was parked out front waiting for us. The price was excellent, $546 for five nights. The young man who speaks English very well was a great help! The extra deposit held on my credit card was taken off the next day after returning the car.

Pros: Picking up and driving the car was so easy and enjoyable. Getting it back to the drop off location at the Role Airport (after picking it up in Florence) was a nightmare.

Cons: Terrible service. Requested car seats 3 months in advance and they only had 2 in stock, also they gave us the wrong ones, and gave us an infant set with no straps. Also gave us the car with 3/4 of a tank of gas. At drop off, it took about 45 minutes to return the car and for them to drive us to the airport. Also the location is not at the main car rental spot so you have to wait for a special shuttle.

They give the black car in a dark place and when you inspect it you need a magnifying glass (and plenty of light) to notice the bump is already there …. I have videos and pictures …. And have on tape the “customer service” that said his name was Cristiano Ronaldo …. How do I make a claim for the full insurance I bought from you??
