Cons: Been told that all cars a new,however car I got it was old,with very high mileage, when driving over 90km/h noise in car it very high. Car was dirty inside, lots of dust,looks like someone been out in a forest and straight after that the car was given to me.There was also very bad smell of cigarettes and dirt inside in a car.When contact people who deliver car to me,and said all that problem, been told that if car is driving they not gonna do anything about.

Pros: It was for me a very good experience. Agent pick me up at arrival hall and in few minutes I drive my rent car out of airport parking. On my way back I stop by departure hall door and agent was almost waiting for me there. Everything was simple, without "small letters" chargers and fees. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 700.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is only allowed for European Union countries.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
