Pros: The receptionist was very friendly and calm, despite encountering issues with previous clients. The car was clean, in good condition, and reasonably priced.
Cons: The car pickup took a very long time. There were issues with previous clients, which caused delays. Additionally, the customer service representative thoroughly photographed the car before handing us the keys (something I haven't experienced elsewhere before), which also took quite a bit of time.

Cons: Difficult to connect as calls go to automated machine that often doesn't work properly. Their off airport office is usually closed as the only agent on duty is helping other customers with their cars - this suggest insufficient staffing levels. Parking at their location (Orlen gas station) is difficult as they have no dedicated parking spots. The overall experience used to be much better when rented last year & before, as it was life agents picking up the phone. Not recommended.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 465.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
