The return experience was unpleasant as well. The agent took my key without inspecting the car since he was the only agent on call. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Overall the service attitude was pretty bad.

Cons: I was going to arrive late for my collection & called (many times) as instructed on the voucher, but they never answered. I arrived at 22:55, the agent was there, but wanted a 150 Euro late pick up fee (voucher does not detail this). I said that I'd called them and he told me they never answer the phone during working hours! I refused the extra fee, found a hotel for £65 with taxi and collected the car the next day, ok for me, but if you're with dependants, you've little choice but to pay.

Therefore I have incurred 150 Euros charge on the spot, straight away, for booking via your website as a result on top. That's additional 60% more than what was quoted on your website. If this was made clear to me I would have not gone ahead with the rental at this time.

He scared us by claiming that the insurance purchased through the website was useless, and that we had wasted our money because it wouldn't work.The attendant at the second counter was also mistreated, and I think the entire building heard it because the salesperson was practically shouting at him. The additional payment we had to make on the spot was offered to us either by card for 70 euros or in cash for 95 euros! Very unprofessional

We cane back to ask for it and they tried to charge us once again despite it was already included in the order and paid. After all we got booster seat without paying second time for it. We were warned that if we do not buy insurance from them they will charge 500€ for each scratch, however car had numerous scratches when we pocked up and none of them was marked. Luckily we bought full insurance.

When I showed the difference in category and price to the agent he was rude, told me it is the same category and my only option is just not to take the car (ye right, cancel the car with my family waiting to get on the road…) Other than that the car was great

Cons: The collection of the car was really bad, it took over an hour and a half standing in a queue. There were 6 people collecting cars it should not have taken so long. The desk attendants were very slow and this caused us to be late.

Cons: Rude and unfriendly agent who seemed annoyed by every question I had. At one point even rolled his eyes. They overcharged me even though I presented the voucher. They charged me a fee to cross over to Germany even though its not mentioned in the voucher. The voucher only says call them to inquire. They charged me for a full day late return and did not give me a grace period. I was expecting a partial charge, no such luck. The exchange rate was terrible. Car was too basic.

Cons: Looks like charge for rental is made in local currency (using US$ cc), so after exchange rate final price is slightly higher than US$ price quoted (guaranteed) on reservation for vehicle.

Cons: Slow desk service. Also I requested a smaller car, this was an 'upgrade' but for me was too big.

Pros: Service was very good from the guy that severed us at Prague airport, the only problem was the 1 hour 15 minutes wait. This was due to the other guy taking a long break in a busy period.

Cons: We had to pay more money than the quote/email confirmation that I had a copy of from DiscoverCars, as the desk agents said it was not the right exchange rate and that I hadn't paid for the GPS (which the email clearly said I had) They were very forceful about me then getting more insurance/cover on top of what I already purchased with DiscoverCars online, and they even went to the extent of saying that what I had with you guys directly was "useless" which I thought was very poor behaviour

Pros: A modern car worth the money

Cons: Returning the car is a very complicated thing. The person in the office did not offer to help in any way. He behaved like we were troublemakers.

Cons: We unfortunately had an accident after a couple of days of our rental. Rentplus refused to provide us with a replacement car. They told us that this was because we didn't pay 150 Euros for their insurance!!! They basically abandoned us 5 hours from our destination. We had to make our own away back to Prague & pay for a new car rental with a more reputable car hire company. BEWARE. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys!!!

Cons: The agent tried to sell me additional cover although I told him I have full cover. He said the full cover is not real and in case something happens first I need to pay them and then claim it back.The agent must have come with me at the time of pick up to show me the existing damage and to record it himself.

Pros: Extra costs everywhere, higher excess than the agreement and I still do not have the block on my card removed. Has to wait 45 mins for a rep, and no one available to return the car to. Feels like a scam company vet disappointed!! Will contact my credit card company and file a fraud claim on the ‘extra’ charges complete rip off game they run when they know you are running late

Cons: I wanted a different car that was in the picture of the available cars (BMW X6) but the car I gor was different. Still it was very good :)

Cons: They offered upgrade not telling us that it was a minibus. When we found it out (we are two ladies and dont need a minibus!) they were a bit angry. Than that issue with the oil mentioned above.

Cons: 1. Did not put effort to help after the reservation was lost (after the reservation was updated through DiscoverCars' 3rd party service.). I had to insist to obtain their attention and to receive a car. 2. When I wanted to extend the rental, the only way to contact was by phone call. Website wasnt relevant and my Email wasnt answered. And the guy at the phone kept saying for 2 days in a row "im not in front of the computer, ill be in an hour"and THEN WASNT AVAILABLE!And once even hung up on me!

It took several hours to respond and to activate their local agent in Ostrava. 3) The pick up in Prague took very long time. 4) The local agent in Prague claimed that Discover Cars is not known to him and tried to charge me double price. Pros: Absolutely nothing!! There was no service provided by Rent Plus at all. We arrived and were told there was no car available for our booking and no time frame on when a car would be available….completely unacceptable and a farce!

Pros: The company charged us from deposit the unknown amount. They sad that it was for extra day but there was no extra day and the money the took was wrong taken. I sent them the paper of confirmation drop off but anyway they took the money.
