In the station, follow the signs for the Rue De Maubeuge exit on the right towards the Taxi zone. When leaving the station by the side, turn right towards Rue De Maubeuge, then Rue Ambroise Paré. At the pedestrian entrance of the Parking INDIGO Euronord Lariboisière dial 4475A or ring the intercom.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I went to the location twice after my time to pick up, and The office was dark and there was no one there to actually help you, so I was never able to pick up my vehicle and had to make plans with a different rental company that I knew I could trust. I would stay away from this place.

Pros: Agent was helpful. But never told us about how to get out of garage. It wasn’t intuitive. Also - car we were provided was on empty. He offered us another option, but in a lesser class of car

Cons: Car died on highway. We called RentScape and they talked us through options. Car started again. Maybe bad gas or airlock? Didn’t trust the car from that point forward

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Hard to find the office, have to ask few local workers which also had issue to explain the route even by reading instructions from RentScape. Car was dirty Pure English skills. Agent was not on the place when we come and have to wait another 15-20 min while he come from garage. In general Paris central station is so traffic heavy that we spend additional hour in traffic jam when trying to return the car

Pros: Disappointing ripoff. We ordered a car we did not receive and we're scammed for it not being full. They said it was 7/8 full. But only managed to squeeze in a litre, after driving it to the petrol station no doubt. That makes it an 8 litre car. So the maths doesn't add up.

Cons: I had a very hard time finding the office, but the agent explained that this was a result of damage to their normal location which occurred after my initial rental.

Cons: We didn't get the car we put a deposit on which meant we had to do multiple trips in some cases, because the car was much smaller. This caused us to get charged the extra milage. We got charged an unspecified 'seasonalit' charge. The bond took over 2 weeks to be recharged. A terrible experience really.

Pros: Nothing, they have a horrible staff, plus they are placed in a zone with NO gas stations. For 1/4 of a tank they wanted to charge me 140 eur. The staff didn’t want to tell me where was a near gas station. The car was in good conditions but horrible old. I will neve come back there again!

Cons: I didn’t get the car of choice . The rental company didn’t help with baby seat and had to spent 1 hr fixing it. I didint get clarity on bill as the agency one only speaks French .

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1250 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03 in the following regions: Ain, Allier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Ardeche, Ariege, Aude, Aveyron, Cantal, Doubs, Drome, Haute-Garonne, Isere, Jura, Loire, Haute-Loire, Lozere, Moselle, Puy-de-Dome, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Orientales, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Rhone, Haute-Saone, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Tarn, Var, Vaucluse, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
