Pros: Everything was good. With Rent Smart 24 we contact before trip, so I get all information which I needed so no stress at the Pick-up or Drop-Off. Staff was working quick and perfected, we didn't need to wait. Everything was super quick, so we were happy with our choice of car rental company.

Cons: Shuttle pick up pokery hard to find. No-one spoke English at the desk so we were unable to ask questions, confirm things. The rental agreement that we had to sign was all in Italian, no translation available. No-one available to check over the car condition on pick up.

Pros: Airport shuttle was fine. The agent we dealt with at pick up was prompt, courteous and spoke excellent English. These are the reasons I’ve given better scores in some areas.

We paid extra for child car chair but it was very bad, my baby could not stay long in it as it was very uncomfortable (only plastic , no coverage)

Cons: It was meant to be "full to full" but instead we had to return it with 3/4 tank. This is hugely frustrating to "guesstimate" how much petrol to put in and resulted in us having to make a second stop at a petrol station to add more fuel. Totally ridiculous system!!

Bank closed, No help From RS24 Noticed I spelled my name wrong, RS24 said it didn’t matter. Suddenly RS24 silenced. No contact. My wife two children and i with No car when We Got to Pisa at 23.30 the 4 th. We ha to check in on a sleazy hotel overnight for 100 euro. Went to RS24 next morning. Booking cancelled. Still No car. Got a car. Was charged From the 4th. Corsa not ready, not full.
