When I came to the carrentals24 to pick car they said thats 45€ I paid just for brokers( discover cars) and I have to paid 41€ for the car rental and choose full coverage!!!! At the desk I paid 160€!!!

Pros: easy drop off, shuttle bus but in bergamo location set is wrong. we went by foot to pick up, but 15mins walk. picked up car was broken (start-stop has been broken). after trying to fix it and phone consultation they proposed to car lvl up. it was even to big for us, but comfortable and twice expensive.

Cons: I did not get a car for a reason that their system didn´t manage to pick up my credit card. In the end, I had to cancel the reservation. My credit card was active, working fine in all previous rentals in Spain and Romania in 2024, but the agent RentSmart24 couldn´t process it and refused to give me the car.

Pros: The staff had very little people skills and we got a very small car but if we gave them €55 more we could upgrade we ordered a Peugeot 208 we got a Fiat Panda

Cons: Very curt and it was like “ I’m telling you “ attitude and when we returned the car the girl that checked it in brought 2 empty bottles and a couple other bit of rubbish I would loved to have said “I don’t work here “ but didn’t because at that point she hadn’t agreed that the car was in good order so again I complied with their very ignorant attitude, albeit Discover Cars were perfect.
