RentSmart24 at Bergamo Airport

Pros: the flow of taking car and transfer from airport was ok

Cons: According to googles review of this place 3.0 - they scam people a lot. this happened to be a got dirty car(literally dirty with marking of someones kids legs on internal plactic) with a lot of outside and internal scratches not marked on the contract. And was charged after drop-off for 400euros. I still don't know for what. they haven't send any documents yet. I was hesitant but only went for them because of really good DiscoverCars rating (>8). Got scammed, unlucky.

Cons: With constructions at the airport, it wasn't very straightforward to find the pick up location. The official airport signs were wrong. The instructions in the email were correct but people would automatically follow the signs and something is signposted. I would add a line saying there are construction works ongoing, pls ignore the signpostage, follow this direction.

My credit card was active, working fine in all previous rentals in Spain and Romania in 2024, but the agent RentSmart24 couldn´t process it and refused to give me the car.
