Cons: We had pick-up at 07:30...they made us wait for 40' minutes for their representative to arrive with the car. They also "dicovered" a scratch on the back bummer, definetely was there already, we never even got in a inhabited area with the rental car (noway of anything happened)...was not even a scratch and charged 173 euros. Luckily we had FULLL COVERAGE.

Cons: Extremely difficult to find office to collect car - no directions given to us. On collection mentioned I would like to drop car back 3hrs later than planned. Staff said was OK to do this but was advised to ring Discovercars.com and confirm insurance for car for extra time. I confirmed this over the telephone no problems and was issued a new voucher. Telephoned to confirm with Rent Smart 24 was advised an additional charge. VERY frustrated as this was never mentioned by original staff.

I booked a Renault Capture however you provided me with a Dacia. When I received the Dacia it wasn't properly cleaned and when I returned the car you charged me for the car being dirty. The company are a bunch of scammers who deceive their customers.

Cons: RentSmart24 made me and my family wait an hour and forty five minutes to get a replacement car which was still not what we had booked but it was either what they offered me as a replacement or a city car which they had prepared in the first place. They did not even help out with carrying and fixing the car seat in place. The customer care who came when the shop opened was very rude to us and was also not willing to offer any kind of compensation for all the lost time and hassle. NEVER AGAIN

Cons: -> Dishonest, RentSmart24 added an extra driver charge without explicitly state this cost. -> RentSmart24 did not accept debit card and demanded the use of a credit card -> Dismal service, extremely slow, contract full of typos, lack of transparency, dishonesty -> Car was ok but not in mint conditions, spent too much fuel and AC was just barely enough (probably it would not be suitable for warmer days, there were 30 degrees Celsius)

Cons: There was an address on the voucher that showed a different place to where the retailer actually is so as a foreigner being in a hurry I didn't read carefully the following lines but inserted the address into Google Map and which took me to the general car provider cars that's is 40 minutes away on foot. But the staff there was so very kind and nice that offered me a lift back to the retailer. It was the only thing that was lagging....

I have also paid more for partial prepaid and the rest should be paid at pick up, but I have been pushed to pay everything a day before, which was actually full prepaimend.

In reality, car interior wasn't even dirty. Just little dust on seats --> pretty normal after nearly 2 weeks trip.

Deposit 500EUR is not possible to pay with debit card only with credit card. Information was not clean. Although still can recommend this service.

Close at 20:00 158 euros extra.
