Cons: Did not want to give us the car without international driver's license. Did not want to give us the car that we had selected when we booked. Did not want to give us the car without additional insurance. We were already fully insured for a car rental. So it cost us an additional + 279 euro. Did not help us contact the company since there was no public phone and our cell phone was not activated yet (cell phone provider takes 2-4 hours) Overall a terrible and costly experience

Pros: Not a thing

Cons: This was the worst experience. It took two hours to get a rental car. Only two people were working. Not enough staff. When I received my car it had a dent and was a stick shift. Not what I requested. The car was only half full of gas and oil light was on. I had to stop after 20 minutes to take care of these two items. This cost me a additional $50.00. I would never use this car company again. I really think I deserve a refund for everything that went wrong. I was totally unsatisfied.

Pros: Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Cons: Incredibly bad experience with Goldcar / Rhodium. I was forced to pay nearly 3x my booking rate becuase they did not accept american express and because they require an international drivers license which I've never even heard of before and I go to Italy every year. The car was insanley dirty and dented when I picked it up, full of dust and previous customers items and trash. The car was in very bad condition when I picked it up.
