Cons: Customer service at the rental desk was poor and aggressive. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed so turned up at the rental desk 2 hours later than expected and was told our car was no longer available and told I had to go for a diesel car and when I enquired why I couldn't be given an equivalent non-diesel car, she was very rude and snapped and said "well, it's your fault you were late so we can't give you a free upgrade" - we weren't even looking for a free upgrade!

Pros: i am a student of the Spanish language and I approached the desk while speaking in Spanish and the thing I appreciated the most is that the agent continued to speak to me in Spanish instead of automatically switching to English like most of the people I encounter in Spain. He showed me a level of respect and gave me the chance to speak to him in his own language. In addition to that, he was very friendly and very helpful and explained everything with clarity and a lot of details
Cons: It was hard to find the desk for Rhodium because the signs all say Gold Car or something along those lines. There should be a purple Rhodium sign somewhere in the airport to help people who don’t know where to ho
