Cons: They cancelled my initial reservation after 3 hours for not showing up. Arrived after 3.5 hours at the desk after waiting at a huge queue. The cancellation term after 3h doesn’t exist in the contract.

Pros: The inside of the car wasn’t cleaned at all and traces of dust everywhere.

Cons: I didn’t like anything, car wasn’t clean , ac broke down the day before returning it. And the queue to the desk was super long and slow.

Cons: It was by far the worst experience with a car rental company I've ever had. It took two hours to get a car, agents were beyond rude, was told the fees quoted when I booked through you guys didn't apply because it's a third party. Our license plate was wonky but we couldn't find an agent to tell so we took a pic and left. We reported when we got back showed the agent the pic who said it was ok only to get charged anyway! Absolutely horrible experience!
