Pros: Efficient service - booked on line the day before pick up. Very friendly, efficient on pick up.

Cons: I was charged $96 on pick up that I wasn't expecting (and should have checked at the time - but I was busy - it was freezing cold and pouring with rain) and on checking my on line info said $0.00 to pay. Despite two emails I haven't had a response as to why there was this extra charge.

Pros: The lady was helpful. Although we were not aware it was going to be an older car (2010) I was pleased with it and not too concerned about paint chips (of which there were many already) as we drove over some of South Island's 'gravel roads' to get to our accommodation.

Cons: There was only one member of staff on duty trying to do everything - checking-in, checking-out, collecting people from the airport! We discovered that there was no spare wheel but fortunately we didn't need it. We were not automatically given the breakdown service number should we have needed it. I had to phone in to check this out and report the missing wheel. The in-built radio/satnav was in Japanese so not helpful. On returning the car no-one was available in the office - on an airport run

Cons: Computer system wasn't working, never got copy of rental agreement and they failed to email to me as promised. No bond taken which of course I didn't mind. Car had a few issues like faulty windscreen wiper rubbers, and faulty Parker lights.

Pros: Had a friendly professional personality. Explained the terms conditions clearly. Showed me around the car and asked if I was happy and was very helpful.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like about the service. It was faultless. Good value for money. Cars are a little tired. But I was told that the fleet will be getting updated. I will use right cars for all of my car hire needs in the future. I am now waiting on deposit to be refunded back into my account. Apart from that I’m a happy customer.
