Cons: The only little downside is the parking garage being very narrow. If you have ordered a big car you will be put immediately to the test whilst not fully having a good feel for the car. But this is a minor issue.

Cons: when I wanted to change things about the reservation I could net get you by phone. I could not wait until someone will answer, but was told to leave my phone number and name. I tried that, but then it asks me again, like the details i provided were not registered. For a traveler with limited calls, this is really frustrating. In addition releasing and returning from the 8th floor is really challenging…

Cons: Better instructions needed about returning car. I could not find how to enter airport area so I could park the car as instructed so I parked in short term parking and went to office. There was a notice on the door saying "back in maximum 10 minutes). I waited 50 minutes and then person refused to move the car for me and said I had to pay the parking at Terminal 1 car park. Pros: agent was very nice and explained all well , quick and spoke English and follwoed up with an email.

Cons: this might be our mistake, but we had a hard time getting out of the parking lot, thought we needed a ticket, and the agent provided it, we just didnt pay attention. overall good job and good price. very pleasant. maybe just point out more the process of getting out of the parkign lot or provide written instructions.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, JCB, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, MasterCard debit card.

American Express, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

During winter season (from 01.11. until 03.03.) Winter tires are included in price.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
