Pros: Quick and easy, very flexible when wanting to change times.
Cons: The office wasn't all that clean.
Pros: It was a cheap small car but reasonable value for money. My flight was delayed due to flooding so I got a different cheaper car.
Pros: The fact that they agreed to give us a partial refund when we decided that we give back the car early due to the poor standard/condition.
Cons: The car was 12 years old which would have been ok if it was of an appropriate standard (my 15 year old Golf still appears more contemporary). The car had 214k on the odometer, the service was overdue , the noise driving on the motorway was unbearable, the rear hatch kept rattling,... This car's standard appeared more like a 30 year old car which is not suitable for a Roadtrip through the mountains. Also, RightCars appeared as if there was nothing wrong with this and this was common in NZ.
Pros: Among many other larger groups in nelson, there was no efficiency or availability of cars. this one was very good
Cons: Car was underpowered, old, not very clean. Not as advertised to be a corolla or similar at all

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
