Pros: Nothing at all.

Cons: The treat we were given was awful. The car had a lot of scratches witch I had to video and photo them because the staff lady was checking and writing down all of them. The windshield had a big crack in front of the drivers seat (wasn’t checked before?). Also the car had two small cracks painted in black (from my point of view not to be seen by the costumer) at the windshield that weren’t at their check list. No water in the sprinkles. The tires were low. I had to inflate them during the rental.

Pros: There was literally nothing to like about right cars/Apollo

Cons: The car was old, they hadn't refilled the water level of the engine (there was a light on the board), the lady was useless, the time of taking and dropping off was very long, and right cars was not even open! We had to go to another company. All in the middle of nowhere. I will definitely not go again, the horrible experience is not worth the few euros one saves, trust me.

Cons: The car! 10 years old, over 120,000 km on the clock, numerous dents, scratches and poor condition of the interior. Very small car too.

Pros: Everything was going well until our flights to Athens got delayed. At the beginning, our contact Vagelis, was very nice and told us someone will be waiting for us. When we arrived, indeed someone was waiting with a sign with our name.

Cons: The manager in of RightCars in Greece is a thug. When we questioned why 50Euros and asked what is documented, she said 35Euros but we (my wife and I) don't make the rules. When my wife said this is theft and not correct, she cancelled our rental and we were left in the Airport at mid-night with two kids having to find another rental. I will never rent a car with RightCars again because of this mafia manager.

Pros: The price was great compared to other rental companies located at the airport. I was expecting to take a shuttle to a Right Cars office somewhere, but the car was right there waiting for us at the airport. The car was clean, and ready to go except for it had almost no gas in the tank at pick up. At drop off, they were waiting for us at the departures area at the airport and the drop off was quick and easy. We took the car all over Greece and had no issues with it at all.

Cons: The gentleman delivering the car to us at the airport wanted cash instead of using a credit card. I spent 15 minutes trying to find an ATM and in the end, we gave him 50 Euros and had to pay the rest the next day at the office in Athens. The car was out of gas and the light came on as soon as we pulled out of the airport. We rented a GPS, and it was outdated and didn't show all the roads.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 90 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
