Once you have picked up your luggage, please proceed to the ground level, exit door marked 'Parking Shuttle'. If you are on Terminal A, the door number is, 114. For Terminal B, the door number is, 102. For Terminal C, the door number is, 104. For Terminal D, the door number is, 104. Once you are there please look for THE PARKING SPOT sign and wait for the Black and Yellow shuttle marked with JFK in the front (service every 8 minutes), if you still need to talk to a customer service agent call to send you the shuttle. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO RENTAL CAR CENTER.

Pros: I never got to use my car that I had reserved for 8 days since we were more than 2 hours late for pickup, our car rental was cancled without a refund.

Cons: We were one of more that 6 rentals that were refused rental on our day of pick up for various reasons. If you feel like giving money and getting nothing in return, this is the company for you.

Cons: While booking a car at Discovercars.com, it was $22.34 per day. But during pickup, they made me pay $72.32 per day. I didn't understand how they could do this.

Pros: This was by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed or been a part of. From getting off the shuttle in the 1st foot stepping into the makeshift shanty that they call a rental center was absolutely horrific. As soon as I stepped foot in there, I felt like this was the worst makeshift operation I have ever been in. I wound up not even renting the car and they wouldn’t refund me. The two guys that were in front of me were having similar experiences.

Cons: Imposing a $500k bodily injury and property damage is a shady tactic to get more money out of the customer. No one Carrie’s that much insurance and the off the airport location makes it hard for people to walk away and if they did they’d pay more for not having prior reservations.

Pros: Car was clean. Price was fair.

Cons: Extremely confusing drop off and pick you situation, particularly catching the shuttle at the airport. The virtual front desk attendant is extremely weird as well. Forced me to purchase additional insurance despite having coverage through my credit card.

Pros: I reported an issue I noticed with the car right after pick up. The representative told me it was a brand new car and nothing was wrong, but to send a picture. I never heard anything after that. By the time I went to return the car the tire would no longer hold air. They are trying to hold me responsible even though I notified them of issue as soon as I got the car.

Cons: They are unresponsive and unhelpful. They didn't take a small concern seriously and then when it became a big issue they tried to blame me.

Cons: Right when I was going to sign the contract they told me the charges were $200 more than accorded with Discovery Cars and what I had in the voucher. When I asked what the charges were for he couldn’t tell me and he referred me to their website. I couldn’t find absolutely nothing in the website that say anything about other charges. Eventually I didn’t get the car and I was left in a place far from the airport and without a car for my trip. I was very upset.

Pros: Nothing, I feel like I was cheated on this rental, forced me to buy insurance which I already had with my car insruance.

Cons: Forcing me to pay for additional insurance at last moment, when I went to counter to get rental car. I was told that this was mandatory and I feel this shol dhave been clearly communciated at the time of purchase.

Pros: The car provided was clean and in good condition

Cons: The kiosk worked only intermittently. I was led to believe my insurance had been accepted and photographed, when it seems not to have satisfied the requirements. Additional fees weren't adequately explained at the time of pickup, such that I could understand or avoid them. I was pushed into spending $59 on an EZ Pass when I easily could've paid only $5 or so in toll fees directly to the toll agencies online. The company isn't acting in good faith as I try to resolve all of this.

Pros: friendly service and rental value

Cons: We were not informed in advance to have a copy of our personal auto insurance proof of insurance. We could have uploaded this proof of insurance in advance if requested during the online reservation process. During the pick up time, we had to contact our insurance company to obtain. This delayed the time picking up the car.

Pros: The cleanliness of the car.

Cons: The guy on the computer was firm on the fact that I could not waive the insurance fees. He couldn't tell me where on the website the information was stated. When I pulled the information up and asked about it he confirmed what I read, then stated that it was not the same policy he was referring to. I don't think he knew what he was talking about.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
All cars are equipped with Sunpass, and the customer must pay an additional fee of 16.99 USD per day + cost of the tolls.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 26.62 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Mileage policy
For international renters, mileage is unlimited.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
For local renters mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.


The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 90 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
