Cons: Everything they say a price here but charge a different price at the desk . I had added insurance to the car I was going to rent and my total came out to be $1,200 with insurance at discovercars.com but when I got to the guy for the car he said it was going to be $1,900 they said that the insurance that I bought on line is not valid that I had to get insurance directly with them so I end up not rent the car and plus we didn’t go to their office the said we were going to do the paperworkparkinglo

Pros: They don't have a booth at the airport, I asked multiple time for my signed contract and after a while, it was sent via whatsapp

Cons: asked multiple time for the contract and as expressed, it was delivered via WhatsApp, Rommel was polite, but he had no control over the situation.

Cons: Your company did not respond to my information that I sent early of my arriving to avoid waisting time. Why did you asked for the information before then?. Why are you forcing the client to take a full covered insurance when I already have one in my credit card that will covered anything. Then you brought the car to the parking lot and I need to pay for the parking in my way out. I received the car with less than half tank of gas, why?

Cons: I did not like that the representative did not seem to speak English and that I had to meet him outside the airport. I did not like that he would not provide me with copies of my paperwork and then overcharged me when I dropped off the car despite confirming that the condition of the car and gasoline was fine.
