Cons: Normally Discover Cars is okay. But, RiteCars at the Heraklion Airport refused to even look at the photos that we took of the car, before we took picked it up. They charged us for damages anyway. I would not recommend them.

Cons: We booked VW Tiguan but we got Toyota C-HR. I think it is not the same category. RC offered us another insurance. We didn't accept it while we paid for total coverage. But they reserved from the bank account 1800 EURO if something happened. By the return of the car the lady was checking the car with the flashlight. Toyota CHR is an excellent car, but the windows are small and tall, our little children (4 and 5.5 years old) couldn’t see anything during the ride. We spend time checking all the defects of the car, but I'm sure the guy didn't noted one of them, for which I was charged on the return. I wasn't shown the report of the dents on the signing, so I'm sure he didn't mark it. Fortunately I had contracted a full coverage with Discoverycars.com and I could get my money back, but I will never rent another car from RightCars.
