Pros: Easy to find and very friendly staff. The battery in the first car we got didn’t work, but we quickly got a replacement without any issues.

Cons: The condition of the car was not the best. Despite that it had only driven around 24.000 kilometers, it had a squeaky clutch and a hard gear transmission.

Cons: Well, since I took the full coverage insurance, I didn’t expect to leave a $500 deposit with my credit. This means I will get hit with the exchange rate as a buy / sell transaction. This area needs to be improved for all rental companies.

Pros: Documentation was easy. The agent explained from where to pick the car and how to navigate out of the airport. She also mentioned about touristic things in Rhodes and where to find parking in the city.

Cons: The guy in the parking didn't help much when we asked him to help us fix the baby car seat. We tried all sort of ideas and it didn't work. We went back to him and this time he sent someone else to help us and then the issue was resolved.

But by mail I got a reply too late. I asked to extend the rental for another day, so I was allowed to leave the car until 17:00 at full price, it left me feeling a great missed opportunity that I did not receive the full value for payment on the second day. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Certain professional groups, such as rally drivers, are not permitted to rent a vehicle.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
