Cons: Tried to Scam me with claiming that there was "Scuff Damage" to one of the Alloy Wheels - Luckily I had a photo pf the same wheel taken when I collected the car and the same Scuff was there - They tried to make out it wasn't but I had the photographic evidence - they eventually accepted that it was there when I collected it . While fighting my case in their office at Heathrow, there were 2 other customers, and they were also claiming there was "Damage" to the windscreens .. Tantamount to FRAUD

Pros: It was just so Slow. Huge deposit on the car. Limited to 300 miles when I was told I’d rented unlimited mileage.

Cons: Car windows not cleaned. Could see my mirrors when the sun was shining. Ran out of washer fluid the first 30 minutes.

Pros: Nothing. The whole experience was stressful from start to finish.

Cons: Poor unfriendly service & unjustified high charge for an alloy scratch. Other hire companies charge £200. Routes charges £375 & provided no proof of what their set charges are. Didn’t address tyre warning light issue appropriately. Also can’t get easy access into the building & no company signage at the location. A stark contrast from the hire company I just hired with who are open and transparent at the point of hire and beyond. Discover should disassociate with this hire company.

Cons: Exterior of car dirty, pick up and drop off slow, charged an extra £5 to be dropped off back at airport, even though stated free shuttle, driver dropping off at airport drive very aggressively, felt unsafe. No handbook in car, and couple of quirks in car we had no idea about.

Cons: Assuming this is rental 8th march 23 1. On Pick up Service agent didnt hold the door open for my wife when she was trying to get into the regus building with 2 suitacases. 2. He didnt leave the car at all when he met us at the airport (late) ... not even to open the boot. So unhelpful. 3. Not very good at getting things done quickly either ... took far too long to pick up the car. 4. Your advert said Golf or similar. A kia rio is nothing like a golf except 4 doors. Lots of dents on the car

Cons: No information on where you pick up passengers to take to car hire office. Took a while to get anyone to answer phone after I arrived at airport to ask where/when I would be picked up. Documents after booking advised free airport transfer, however I was advised that was only pick up from airport and I had to pay additional £5 to book transfer back to airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1910.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.

Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date in order to collect the car.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
