Pros: After reading the reviews for ths company I was hesitant to book the rental, but I was pleasantly surprised by the good customer service and the prices, they did not tried to sell me anything just asked for the license and my insurance proof, then the deposit, nothing out of the ordinary. I received the car I wanted and it was in great condition

Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: I was not able to get the car because they required a 2,500 dollar deposit, it had to be the driver’s credit card. And the driver didnt have a credit card with a limit that high. Absolutely shady company that also was going to add tons of charges that were not warned about up front. The head agent was a massive jerk who also took forever to do anything. We had to go across the street and get a last minute rental from Fox at a much higher rate because we didnt have advance reservation there

Cons: Lots of additional charges upon collection…even with maximum insurance purchase the company try to charge you a minimum £2500 excess, so if someone breaks your window wiper they will charge you £2500 regardless….They will put the excess down to £0.00 but you have to pay an additional £250.00 which then puts the prices in line with the likes of Hertz and Alamo so would 100% avoid and go with one of the bigger retailer

Pros: Option for tolls however recommendations could’ve been provided. I got a you either pay everything by plate yourself or take the $14.95/day option yet the paper to sign had 3 options on it and I was told I had two choices. I heard other renters complaining about the toll options, too because it almost doubled the rental price. The shuttle to/from airport was readily available-just takes more time to add onto travel time being off-site.

Cons: The driver car seat was stained/dirty. Soil splatters on overhead upholstery, and when put in park it made a noise to auto engage emergency parking break.

Cons: Reaching the car rental support was a headache. Our flight to Miami was cancelled and we were trying to reach agent to change the reservation and cancel for a day. The team was not accommodating and cancelled the complete reservation and didn’t process a refund yet. In this COVID situation and travel being uncertain the team should be accommodating and not cause issues for customer.

Cons: This company is a scam. Soon as I got to the Miami location people were outside the rental place warning me that its a scam. They charge an additional $200 for a security deposit & an extra $18 a day if your paying with a debit card which was NOT mentioned anywhere on the site when I went to book. I emailed them asking for a refund because after hearing all this once I got to the front desk, I did not get the rental car. Currently I am disputing with my bank because the site refused to refund me

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 475.00 - € 2835.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 6 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline).
Please note, that the car rental provider only serves customers with outbound flight itinerary.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Residents of the following country(ies): USA, who use their own insurance, will be personally responsible for the full value of the rental vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Vehicles can only be driven within the State of pickup.
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 21 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement. After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
