Pros: Car was unclean, had wires hanging from the ceiling and gas tank empty. Bus did not run consistently, had to uber to the rental desk and no one answers the phone even though the automated service said to call to request a ride. Worst rental service I have ever experienced
Pros: The receptionist was friendly
Cons: Aside from internal arguing with clients present, the agents were not at all friendly (save the one) and almost intent on being difficult as if to say take it or leave it. It took more than half an hour to pick up the car. Several customers were bringing issues back to the desk while I was waiting and it appears they were had been there a long time and not happy about service. I did not get a receipt when returning the car.
Pros: Good price
Cons: The checkout counter girl was not friendly what so ever and talked too softly. Continually had to ask her to repeat herself. The windows were dirty.
Pros: I would recommend renting cars from Routes, good cars and good service
Cons: You need to wait for Airport shuttle, and a bit challenge where to wait for the shuttle, no indication or notification.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Mileage is limited to 2500 miles per rental.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional mile.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
