Pros: Price, efficiency, friendly staff, clean vehicle.
Cons: Location at O’Hare for pickup is tough to find. Staff at desk could not login, had to wait in line twice. Vehicle was 5k+ miles past oil change mileage (per window sticker).
Pros: Agency seemed to have unusual requirements and agents dealing with legit customer concerns/questions showed widespread misconception

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 6 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, return flight ticket, flight information, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Canada, Mexico.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 250 USD will apply.
An administrative fee of 55 USD will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
