Pros: TERRIBLE Not on site and not close to all the other vendors. Had to take separate transportation.

Cons: If I had to say something the only out point was that it was not at the airport but the price discount made up for that.

Cons: Routes is the only car rental service in Alberta I have ever rented from the; a) did not offer full coverage (including glass) at a reasonable rate and 500 deductible, and b) actually charges for any windshield crack or chip. I have been renting and driving in Alberta for more than 20 years and I have never had to pay for a windshield because of a chip or crack. I will never recommend Routes and will never use them again.
