Pros: Fairly priced car rental and easy to book online. Quick pick-up and drop-off of the car close to the airport with a free shuttle to the rental car site. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Cons: Not much I didn't like. The car did have a slightly off smell to it, which aired out over time. The service light stayed on throughout the trip and had to fill air in the back rear tire as it was not checked before handing the keys over to us. Not a big deal at all, but something to note.
Pros: I think the staff was very nice and they were trying. I think that more training is needed for the desk agents
Cons: The service was very slow only one agent at the counter there were no cars to choose from. I booked a Toyota and there were none left so I was forced to take a Kia. There is only one shuttle running. The whole operation had a very amateur feeling. The rental car had a lingering odour of cigarette smoke covered up by air freshener.
Cons: instead of small car they gave me an suv which cost me twice the price of gas and not prfessionsalpeople on duty , forcing me to buy extra millage regardless of the statement on the main page which clearly says unlmited millage in ontario and not friendly and professional staff .
Cons: car broke after 150 km, called the agency and they said- call the road side assistance, did that, send the car to service center. and go get the car from service center. If I have to do all that, why am I renting a vehicle?
