Royal Rentals
Offering a service of aristocratic quality, Royal is a car rental business operating on the island of Crete, one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. Crete is known for its splendid beaches, but equally for its magnificent history as it was home to one of the earliest civilizations in Europe. Royal Rentals maintains offices in the two largest cities of Crete, Chania and Heraklion, both of which are located on the island’s northern coast. It also serves the smaller cities of Rethimno and Agios Nikolaos.
The company offers one-way rentals between Chania Airport and Heraklion Airport so you can fly into one and out of the other. Royal charges a small fee for that (make sure to book with the specific pick-up and drop-off locations you wish for).
You can’t use a ferry, though. So if you plan to visit other islands like Santorini or nearby Karpathos, then you’ll need to rent a separate car on those islands.
