Pros: The agent at the rental desk was very helpful and provided all necessary information and answered all questions. Also after returning car back he let me know if everything’s fine after inspection as it was my first rental and wanted to ensure everything’s good. Excellent customer service and the car was the one that I requested.

Cons: The car had few scratches and dent, but it was described in the contract, so it’s just a small remark.

Cons: They charged we extra fee (€50) for driving outside of Hungary which wasn't indicated. I rented cars from various vendors through discovery cars and never had to pay for such a need.

Pros: Car in great shape and with Android Auto. Also, the car that was mentioned in the booking was the exact car that was provided, none of that "similar" car thing. Excellent English speaking agent that provided all of the necessary information for tolls and driving across multiple countries.

Pros: First time using Schiller. Was great experience overall. Nice clean car. Used it to travel 8 countries with no issues. Good price. Super nice staff (both at pick up and drop off). All as described with no issues.

Cons: Would prefer they include tolls for other countries being visited, obviously for associated fees, but would make it so much easier. Only minor issue is walk to car site in Budapest (behind Ibis Hotel) is fairly far and no sidewalk when crossing the road into the parking lot. Overall tho, great experience.

Pros: The helpfulness and personal assistance of the young man at the desk, he could see I was slightly disabled and travelling on my own, he checked to see if he was on duty to help me when I returned the car, he was and again was so helpful, his mum has raised a lovely son.

Cons: It was pouring with rain when I picked up the car, so not able to go through a few basic questions, like how to release the petrol cover flap, turned out it was in a strange place on the floor, found it after 10 mins of searching with the help of the man at the petrol station. Also some of the other controls would have been useful to know about for driving, you can’t fiddle when keeping your eye on the road.

After that there was a waiting time of about half an hour to the next available shuttle to the Rental office (they have a deal with the airport taxi company). And finally, they didn't have the exact baby seat we needed (baby seat for over 1yo - not booster)

But to be honest , they reimbursed us with free vignette , so it was very satisfying . Also it took some time to get back to the airport after the car return due to driver’s shift changes , but eventually it was OK.

Bit of a bun fight getting into Budapest customs, so our contact had long left by the time we came out!

Cons: We had a problem with the car. It was scratched in the parking.Since 04.07.2017 I am waiting for SCHILLER Rent to send me the form witch they have to fill it in order to send you all the documents for the refund of the amount that Schiller retained from my credit card.

Pros: The agent was great and the car was new. We originally booked the car for 14 days and we extended by 4 days via email easily and they didn't overcharge for extra days.
