Pros: Everything, used them before and always good

Pros: Friendly customer service!

Pros: I really liked that the salespeople that checked out the car on Tuesday night did not try to upsale me with any extra coverage..

Cons: It was pouring with rain when I picked up the car, so not able to go through a few basic questions, like how to release the petrol cover flap, turned out it was in a strange place on the floor, found it after 10 mins of searching with the help of the man at the petrol station. Also some of the other controls would have been useful to know about for driving, you can’t fiddle when keeping your eye on the road.

Bit of a bun fight getting into Budapest customs, so our contact had long left by the time we came out!

Pros: The car was clean

Pros: Was good over all

Cons: TimE it took to get the car. The car wasn't there

Pros: Pleasant staff, quite efficient. Taxi service to area was good, and mini bus return was excellent

Cons: We had a problem with the car. It was scratched in the parking.Since 04.07.2017 I am waiting for SCHILLER Rent to send me the form witch they have to fill it in order to send you all the documents for the refund of the amount that Schiller retained from my credit card.

Pros: The agent was great and the car was new. We originally booked the car for 14 days and we extended by 4 days via email easily and they didn't overcharge for extra days.

Cons: I can't say anything bad at all.

Pros: All the above

Cons: Not being in the aeroport, but worked in our advantage by having prompt transfers to and from the company and best price on the market
