Seven Auto at Orlando Airport

Pros: They do not recognize car insurance at all except from an insurance issued by one of the 50 US states. I was forced to buy their insurance at the counter. I was charged CAD 677 in insurance while I had reserved the car for CAD140 on the site, declining the insurance because I am fully insured in Canada and with my Visa credit card. SCAM, never again!

They lied to get you in the door (which was a 45 minute wait for a shuttle and then a 20 minute ride with no air in the summer heat of Orlando) and then told you you have to pay $384 in addition to the price of the rental ($135 for 5 days) because the insurance isn't enough... To which I researched and the insurance they require does NOT exist in the United States. I also think their 'ins' they say covers isn't real either, I think it's just to get more money from people.

Pros: I surfed I scam at Seven Auto Rent & Sale, I rented a car for a price and arriving there he charged more than $300 for a insurance plus some tax( recovery fee Orlando, vehicle license fee and solid waste). When I returned the car the guy said that I’ve done some scratch on the car and changed me plus $250 without showing me the quote for that, and the insurance that I’ve paid($323) didn’t cover that because was for damages above $5000. Basically you pay for an insurance that you can’t use!!

Cons: The office is behind another rental company called NEXT. I had to enter the NEXT shuttles at the airport so it seemed to make sense I had to go into the NEXT building. I waited 1.3 hours in line (NEXT only has one person working and every customer had some sort of major conlmplaint or issue). When it was finally my turn..I was told I'm in the wrong building. Discover Cars should have a sign and also make it more clear you have to go in the back. I wasn't the only customer that had this issue

Then dropping off they found a tiny chip, about an 1/8 of an inch, in the windshield and charged me another $550, which could have been fixed and filled for free. The desk attendant barely spoke English and needed to translate using his phone.

They never sent me any notice that I needed $300,000 property damage. On a 10 day rental the access charges are $300. Waiting for refund of deposit that was stated to be 100% refundable.
