Pros: The staff was friendly but I still do not know how much will be charged for the back light. See part on "what didn't you like"

Cons: Unfortunately we got hit by a truck in Kosovo and the one of the back lights got broken. I left a deposit of 590Euros when I rented the car and I still do not know how much will be charged for the light. Why can we only make comments until the 10th May? is it because you will charge a fortune for the back light but only inform me after I provided my comments?

Cons: The car was too small, I've asked for car for 4 passengers and 2 suitcase, and got a very small car that was kind of impossible someone to seat on the back seats. Citroen C1 it was definitely not car for 4 people or 2 suitcase as promised when I was making the selection online.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.


Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia is available for 35 EUR per country.

Minimal rental period for crossing country borders is 3 days.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
